Job overview

The Cashier and Sales Associate role is onsite in Big Spring, TX. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The associate supports GPM Investments’ store operations and customer service. The role combines accurate register service and sales with stocking, cleaning, and safety tasks that keep the store and its exterior welcoming and orderly. The associate may also cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and operate the register
• sell lottery, cigarette, and alcohol products while following age-verification requirements
• provide friendly service and upsell when possible
• clean the store, restrooms, pumps, and lot
• stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• cross-train in other departments as needed
• follow safety procedures and company policies.
