Parts and Service Sales Associate

The Parts and Service Sales Associate role is onsite in Santa Maria, CA, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $16–$22 per hour, with commission potential described in the posting. The role supports Central Coast Yamaha’s Parts and Service team. The associate assists customers and advisors with service intake, parts and accessory sales, ordering, service updates, and vehicle pickup and delivery scheduling. The role also receives and merchandises parts and apparel and may provide backup support for major-unit sales.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming service department calls
• assist with service intakes and parts and accessory sales
• help customers and advisors with parts ordering and tracking
• update customers on service status
• schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries and assist with them as needed
• receive and merchandise parts and apparel
• assist with marketing projects as needed
• provide backup in major-unit sales.
