The Leadership Trainee — Dealership Operations role is onsite in Mosinee, WI, and pays $25 per hour. JX Enterprises’ two-year program develops future leaders for dealership operations and prepares participants to help solve customer and transportation challenges. Through dealership rotations, hands-on business learning, and prospecting activities, the trainee builds customer service, sales, and operational skills. The program culminates in placement into an operations position, with a path toward future management roles.

What you'll do

• Complete the dealership rotation, business and enterprise learning, and growth and prospecting phases
• learn Parts and Service operations and customer engagement
• take on foundational customer-facing assignments
• shadow sales and operations experts
• identify potential customers and cross-departmental leads
• support data integrity, customer calls, and market penetration.
