Customer Service Representative, Full-Time

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Buffalo, Minnesota. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Communicate courteously with internal and external clients
• respond to general inquiries and direct calls
• identify customer needs and refer customers to products, services, or business partners
• process deposits, check cashing, payments, wire transfers, withdrawals, and other teller transactions
• open personal deposit accounts
• balance drawers and ATMs, file Currency Transaction Reports, and monitor cash levels
• complete required training and customer maintenance
• process reports and reconcile general ledger work.
