BestDrive Commercial Tire Centers provide commercial fleets with tire products and service solutions. The technician services commercial vehicle, medium truck, and off-the-road tires by mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repairing tires and related assemblies. The role also includes inspections, work documentation, equipment operation, vehicle upkeep, and rotating emergency road service calls on nights and/or weekends.

What you'll do

• Mount, dismount, and install tires and tire/wheel assemblies
• load and unload tires
• repair tires and inspect tires and wheels before and after service
• determine repairable conditions
• document work
• operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools
• perform rotating emergency road service calls on nights and/or weekends
• maintain assigned service vehicle and equipment
• follow OSHA and safety requirements.

Why this role

Sign-on bonus program offers $1,500–$4,500 depending on technician level, subject to eligibility and continued-employment terms. Routine hours are generally 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday; Saturdays and evenings as needed.
