The School-Age Childcare Staff role is onsite at Mark Newbie Elementary School in Collingswood, NJ. Pay is $16 per hour. The part-time schedule follows the school calendar, with a morning program from 7:00–8:30 AM and an afternoon program from 2:45–5:45 PM; either or both may be available. The role supports Healthy Kids Programs’ before- and after-school program for the 2026–2027 school year. Staff provide a safe, structured setting where children can learn and participate in activities. The role supports children’s development through curriculum-based activities, positive role modeling, and program operations, including attendance, registration, and staffing tasks as needed.

What you'll do

• Facilitate hands-on fitness, STEAM, academic, art, group, and homework activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum
• provide a safe and engaging environment and act as a positive role model
• follow state, program, and host-school policies
• support operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
