What you'll do

• Install and rebuild servers and configure hardware, services, storage, and settings
• monitor system health, logs, and scheduled backups
• conduct security monitoring
• perform backups and file archiving
• manage user accounts
• provide Tier III and other support
• troubleshoot and recover from hardware or software failures
• apply operating-system patches and upgrades
• configure services
• support GIS and Asset Management systems
• maintain procedures and documentation
• report performance for capacity planning
• tune performance and optimize resources
• deploy Linux/Red Hat and Windows servers and desktop equipment
• maintain inventory, maintenance, and change records
• support cybersecurity and threat mitigation.
