What you'll do

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with project execution
• assist with scheduling, phasing, scopes, estimating, and budget tracking
• participate in plan and constructability reviews and value engineering
• track costs and support change management
• maintain RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, logs, and as-built records
• coordinate subcontractors and inspections
• promote safety standards
• perform quality assurance checks
• communicate project issues
• support closeout and warranty activities.
