The internship supports Vertosoft’s Operations team with post-sale customer engagement, order processing, and administrative work for government technology customers. Working under experienced team members, the intern helps maintain accurate customer and order information and supports order, entitlement, and renewal workflows. The role provides practical exposure to customer success, sales operations, and government technology procurement.

What you'll do

• Assist with order processing, customer account creation, and validation
• review purchase documentation and organize order packets
• coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance
• maintain electronic records
• help track entitlement provisioning, license activation, and renewals
• route customer and billing inquiries
• follow established procedures
• complete assigned projects and participate in training.
