Human Capital Analyst

The Human Capital Analyst role is onsite in Carrollton, TX. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year, with eligibility for a 15–20% STIP bonus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This newly created role supports day-to-day Human Capital operations at a financial services organization. The analyst serves as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and helps maintain dependable HR operations. The work spans employee records, recruiting coordination, benefits inquiries, HR reporting, process improvement, compliance, and collaboration on internal projects.

What you'll do

• Respond to employee HR questions and requests
• support HR operations, processes, and documentation
• prepare and maintain employee letters, forms, and confidential records
• coordinate recruiting, interviews, and candidate communications
• support benefits administration
• maintain employee data and HRIS records
• assist with HR reporting, analytics, and workforce metrics
• identify process improvements
• support policies, compliance, engagement, and culture initiatives
• partner with internal teams on HR projects.
