What you'll do

• Review and triage new business submissions
• process cancellations, reinstatements, and endorsements within established clerical guidelines
• prepare and issue binders
• process state and federal insurance filings
• perform routine policy audits and quality checks
• communicate with brokers to obtain missing information and route escalations
• maintain risk and policy information in administration systems
• support underwriting department administrative tasks.
