Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations through company policies and standards
• support the General Manager in training and developing employees
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with scheduling, employee evaluations, administrative work, forecasting, and cost goals
• coach Service Managers.
