The Employment Coach – Workforce Inclusion works onsite in San Diego, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 to 8:30 PM. Compensation is $20.00 per hour. PRIDE Industries’ mission is to create jobs for people with disabilities while providing solutions to customers. The coach provides individualized job coaching to help people with disabilities access, succeed in, and retain competitive integrated employment. The role builds workplace skills, supports learning essential job tasks, coordinates progress with service providers, and helps maintain case records.

What you'll do

• Coach and train participants in workplace skills and essential job tasks
• develop collaborative relationships with service providers and communicate progress toward goals
• assist with case files and related paperwork
• perform assigned duties and special projects.
