Roving Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete assigned work orders and basic building repairs involving air-conditioning units, air exchange systems, electrical work, carpentry, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and windows
• perform preventive and grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and unit preparation
• assist with work-order prioritization
• communicate site schedules and maintenance status
• and provide on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled. Requires 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience, affordable housing experience, an active boiler license, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
