What you'll do

• Transport guests to and from the airport or local destinations
• assist with luggage and guest information
• greet guests and respond appropriately to complaints
• operate the shuttle according to brand standards and traffic laws
• complete logs and safety checks
• keep the shuttle fueled and presentable
• maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local services
• perform groundskeeping, light cleaning, or laundry duties when not driving.
