Xpanner develops software and Physical AI solutions for heavy machinery, construction, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects; this is its first dedicated corporate IT role supporting its growing U.S. organization. The specialist owns internal IT systems, equipment, access, and employee support so staff can focus on their work. The role establishes and improves IT processes as the company scales, while supporting system reliability, security, and day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

• Manage core IT systems, servers, and infrastructure
• provision, update, and deprovision employee accounts and access
• configure and deploy laptops
• manage equipment inventory, repairs, and retirement
• provide first-line hardware, software, and connectivity support
• support endpoint security, data protection, and IT documentation.
