What you'll do

• Provides crisis intervention, assessments, and stabilization/case management in collaboration with the Peoria Police Department.
• Conducts field response into the community to provide mobile mental and behavioral health services.
• Supervises Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Clinical Social Workers, providing clinical oversight.
• Connects citizens to ongoing services and supports.
• Listens to presenting issues, uses motivational interviewing and crisis interventions.
• Exercises judgment and decision-making that is clinically safe.
• Works with law enforcement and emergency personnel.
• Maintains appropriate treatment boundaries and required productivity.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation.
