What you'll do

• Respond to calls, messages, referrals, and online scheduling requests
• schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments across locations
• match patients with providers, clinics, appointment types, and times
• explain appointment expectations and next steps
• follow up on referrals and inquiries
• monitor cancellations, waitlists, and provider openings
• maintain accurate patient and appointment information
• communicate schedule changes to clinic teams
• document outreach
• protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
