What you'll do

• Assist ENT providers with examinations and in-office procedures
• prepare rooms and patients
• document medical histories, complaints, and consent forms
• measure and record vital signs
• turn over rooms and restock supplies
• disinfect scopes and instruments
• communicate patient needs
• educate patients about procedures and post-procedure care
• complete callbacks
• assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and forms.
