Accurate documentation, medication support, household assistance, and professional encouragement contribute to consistent residential care.

What you'll do

• Implement client treatment plans and assigned daily routines
• support access to recreational, cultural, and religious opportunities
• provide transportation to programs, appointments, and activities
• assist clients with mobility limitations
• document daily client interactions and relevant information
• support household responsibilities and chores
• review medication information sheets and administer and document medications accurately
• attend required meetings and training
• follow emergency procedures and account for assigned money
• provide daily living support and encouragement.
