The Registered Nurse (RN) — Emergency Department, PRN Days and Nights role is onsite in Las Vegas, NM. Compensation is $39–$40.67 per hour. The Staff Pad is recruiting for a hospital emergency department. The nurse provides rapid assessment, triage, and emergency care for patients with acute and critical conditions, monitors and documents changes, and coordinates treatment with interdisciplinary colleagues to support safe, responsive care.

What you'll do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care
• assess physical and psychosocial conditions
• monitor patients, communicate clinical changes, and document care
• precept new staff and guide LPN and CNA team members
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• maintain licensure, certifications, continuing education, and competency requirements
• support other departments as needed.
