The Compassionate In-Home Caregiver is an onsite role serving clients in Wilton, CA, paying $18–$20 per hour. Golden Years In Home Senior Care provides non-medical in-home care to older adults. Caregivers support clients’ safety, well-being, and engagement in their homes through personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, errands, and companionship. The role also includes support with incontinence care, dementia care, transfers, and activities of daily living.

What you'll do

• Support client safety, health, and well-being at home
• tailor activities to client interests
• provide personal care, light housework, and meal preparation
• assist with shopping, errands, and companionship
• provide incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and activities of daily living
• travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Requires one year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, vaccination or exemption, current TB test or clear X-ray, and fingerprint clearance. Home Care Aide certification can be obtained through the employer.
