What you'll do

• Conduct prospective-client consultations and evaluate eligibility for immigration relief and benefits
• develop case strategies
• manage a high-volume caseload and oversee paralegals, support staff, workflows, and deadlines
• draft and review immigration applications, petitions, motions, briefs, memoranda, and supporting documents
• conduct legal research and prepare written advocacy
• monitor immigration law and agency developments
• represent clients in interviews, hearings, and immigration court proceedings
• support client relationships, community outreach, networking, and business development
• participate in one Saturday consultation session per month.
