Lead Clinical Research Coordinator

The Lead Clinical Research Coordinator role is onsite in Skokie, IL, five days a week. Compensation is $65,000–$85,000 per year. Working under the Principal Investigator, the coordinator manages clinical trial activities and supports compliance, quality, and study timelines. The role coordinates patients, sponsors, research organizations, investigators, and clinical staff while maintaining study documentation and operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Support compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies, and sponsor requirements
• maintain secure study documents, consent forms, case report forms, and investigational material records
• support IRB approvals and study oversight
• communicate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, nurses, and medical assistants
• participate in site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and other study meetings
• identify obstacles and propose solutions
• manage study inventory and equipment, including ordering, calibration, and secure storage.
