What you'll do

• Lead and support Access Control Officers assigned to a shift or project
• ensure deployment, training, and compliance with policies and site protocols
• act as onsite leader and escalation point when the Site Logistics Leader is unavailable
• verify attendance and time records
• coach staff and report performance concerns
• communicate with customer representatives
• maintain attendance, incident, and access records
• check equipment and technology and escalate issues
• coordinate schedule adjustments and shift coverage.
