The Inventory Clerk – Inventory & Receiving works onsite in Davie, FL, supporting the afternoon shift; compensation is $18 per hour. The Pharmacy Hub distributes pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products directly to patients. This role keeps medication inventory organized and accurate so Fulfillment can operate without interruptions. The clerk replenishes medications, follows storage and rotation practices, investigates discrepancies, monitors stock and expiration dates, and supports transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments.

What you'll do

• Replenish medications for Fulfillment
• coordinate inventory needs with Receiving, Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Inventory leadership
• organize and label medication storage
• follow FIFO/FEFO rotation
• perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• monitor low stock and expiration dates
• manage quarantined, damaged, expired, recalled, or return-pending inventory
• document transfers and assist with returns, recalls, adjustments, and physical counts.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and at least one year of production inventory, warehouse, or related experience required; inventory or warehouse system and Microsoft Excel proficiency required. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus; ERP/WMS and regulated-supply experience preferred.
