What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional planning teams
• facilitate working groups to deconflict resources, timing, and objectives
• analyze target systems and operational results
• develop Measures of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness
• lead operational-level target development
• align plans with national-level guidance
• advocate for subordinate command plans and resource needs
• draft and staff special operations plans, orders, and guidance
• advise military staff
• brief senior leaders.
