The Chocolate Molding Machine Operator role is onsite in Lakewood, NJ. Pay is $20 per hour. Astor Chocolate is a family-owned chocolate supplier serving hospitality, travel retail, food service, and specialty retail markets. The operator sets up and runs chocolate molding equipment to maintain efficient production, product quality, and consistent output. The role includes routine maintenance, sanitation, product changeovers, inspection, and production documentation.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor chocolate molding machinery
• perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• disassemble and deep-clean equipment during changeovers
• adjust settings for production runs
• inspect finished products
• record production data
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• communicate production or equipment issues
• support production goals and preventive maintenance.
