• Manage accounts payable activities and develop processes and policies
• oversee invoice processing, approvals, payments, records, reconciliations, and month-end accruals
• maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies
• prepare year-end 1099 statements and manage unclaimed property reporting and remittance
• assist with weekly cash-flow forecasting
• supervise, recruit, train, and develop team members.
