Project Manager

Job overview

The Project Manager is an onsite role based in Verona, KY. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the EGC Construction unit of Messer Construction Co. in delivering commercial and industrial construction services. This role exists to drive projects to successful completion through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning, and cost management. The Project Manager is responsible for the financial and operational success of projects, including resource allocation and stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll do

• Manage owner, designer, subcontractor and vendor relationships
• drive daily commitment to Zero Injury Safety Program
• manage project schedule, establish budget and control costs
• implement Quality Leadership System
• establish and maintain contact with subcontractors
• conduct and lead project meetings
• create project-specific controls and report to stakeholders.
