What you'll do

• Wash, cut, portion, and assemble ingredients
• assist with simple cooking under the Sous Chef’s direction
• support station setup, replenishment, and service
• assist team members
• stock, receive, and organize products
• maintain clean work areas and equipment
• follow food handling, labeling, storage, rotation, sanitation, and safety procedures
• learn basic culinary techniques and kitchen procedures.
