What you'll do

• Check ingredient freshness and quality
• follow recipes by measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
• prepare, garnish, and arrange dishes
• set up workstations
• monitor station inventory
• accommodate guest requests
• operate broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• and complete opening and closing procedures.
