What you'll do

• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team members
• oversee daily community operations
• coordinate maintenance activities with the Maintenance Supervisor
• drive occupancy and net operating income through marketing and leasing
• manage resident relations and retention
• prepare budgets and reports
• oversee rent collection, deposits, invoices, vendors, and rental-rate recommendations
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies
• inspect the property and address cleanliness and service concerns.
