What you'll do

• Prep, cook, and assemble menu items to specification
• set up and break down the truck for events
• follow food safety standards, including temperature logs, holding times, sanitation, and allergen awareness
• assist with prep, inventory, and stocking
• keep service moving and interact with guests at the window when needed
• represent the brand at events.
