The Caregiver role is onsite in Ayer, MA, with a flexible schedule arranged around caregiver availability. Compensation is $16.25–$18.50 per hour. Senior Helpers provides in-home, non-medical assistance to help older adults remain in their homes and maintain independence. The caregiver builds relationships with clients, participates in their hobbies, prepares meals, assists with walking, dressing, and other daily activities, and reports completed activities and changes in clients’ condition or behavior. The role supports clients’ quality of life and helps families care for loved ones at home.
