What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• analyze architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications
• solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• develop project budgets and estimate summaries
• assist with value engineering, constructability reviews, proposals, bid packages, and project handoffs
• maintain estimate files and analyze historical cost data.
