Janitorial Service Technician — Day Shift

The Janitorial Service Technician — Day Shift role is onsite across commercial buildings in downtown Richmond, VA, with travel between nearby client sites. What you'll do

• Clean and maintain several client buildings
• respond to and complete customer work orders
• inspect buildings for cleanliness, safety, and security and address problems on the spot
• train, coach, and motivate janitorial team members
• fill in for cleaning staff who are absent
• serve as a reliable contact for building occupants and client contacts
• travel between nearby client buildings during the shift.
