What you'll do
- Implement the building fire safety plan
- manage the Fire Command Station
- supervise fire brigade, floor wardens, deputy floor wardens, and evacuation supervisors
- check life-safety systems
- conduct fire alarm drills and maintain critique logs
- assist with access-badge checks and monitor suspicious persons or packages
- provide CPR/AED and basic first aid if required
- liaise with the NYC Fire Department during emergencies.
