What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random armed patrols of interiors, exterior areas, parking, access points, and perimeter
• monitor access and verify credentials as required
• report concerns and unusual conditions
• prepare incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation.
