IT and E-Commerce Specialist

The IT and E-Commerce Specialist works full-time onsite in Placentia, CA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, for $25–$30 per hour. Jy Designs and Creations is a consumer products company, and this role supports its daily business operations. As the hands-on technology support lead, the specialist maintains company systems and supports e-commerce operations, helping keep internal technology, online storefronts, inventory systems, and digital marketing activities functioning. The position also troubleshoots issues and coordinates with outside vendors when needed.

What you'll do

• Support computers, printers, phones, networks, software, Microsoft 365, and Google tools
• maintain ERP and inventory systems
• support EDI connections, dropshipping, and customer and vendor integrations
• manage Shopify, WooCommerce, and TikTok Shop websites
• maintain product listings, promotions, and e-commerce activities
• manage Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics
• monitor website traffic, online sales, and marketing performance
• troubleshoot issues and work with outside vendors.
