Project Engineer

Job overview

This 18-month rotational program develops entry-level construction-industry skills through field training and exposure to construction operations, preconstruction, and project management. The role supports project delivery while preparing participants for potential advancement into assistant project management, bid coordination, or assistant superintendent positions.

What you'll do

• Complete six-month rotations in construction operations, preconstruction, and project management
• participate in on-site field training and shadow experienced professionals on assigned projects
• use basic computer tools including Microsoft Office 365, ProCore, and Adobe Suite
• walk and stand for extended periods.
