What you'll do

• Define target-state architecture and standards across user experience, workflow automation, integrations, and insurance systems
• develop reusable architecture patterns and integration frameworks
• guide engineering teams and lead architecture reviews
• address security, data governance, resilience, and performance
• evaluate AI and automation opportunities
• collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders
• mentor technical staff.
