What you'll do

• Provide supervision, support, and on-the-job training to individuals with disabilities
• motivate and assist clients with work ethics, social skills, and appropriate work apparel
• complete progress reports and billing paperwork
• participate in client assessment meetings and vocational planning
• clean restrooms, floors, windows, and other areas
• empty garbage and report needed repairs
• secure offices and buildings
• drive company vehicles as needed.
