What you'll do

• Sell products and services to prospective and established customers

• process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates
• recommend alternate products
• monitor shipments and expedite as needed
• provide product information and availability
• assist with warranties and returns
• resolve customer issues with branch leadership
• maintain sales records and reports
• build HVAC product knowledge.
