What you'll do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain technical documentation for cloud and hybrid systems
• ensure documentation meets U.S. federal standards
• translate testing criteria into test plans and support testing
• write, edit, and proofread documents
• review existing documentation
• develop templates and presentation elements with engineers, clients, and graphics artists
• maintain document libraries, quality, consistency, and configuration management.
