Patient Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Patient Service Coordinator role is onsite in Anchorage, AK, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. The role manages scheduling, referrals, calls, insurance authorizations, check-in, and payment documentation while coordinating care and reducing access delays.

What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and coordinate care with other services and agencies
• process referrals and triage calls
• collect and update demographic and financial information
• investigate insurance pre-authorizations
• check in patients
• process copays and patient charge documents
• use systems to improve patient experience and efficiency.
