The Senior Engineer - HBM Design for Test (DFT) is an onsite role based in Richardson, TX. This position is responsible for defining and implementing DFT solutions for HBM core and base dies. This role exists to ensure that HBM products meet high-quality, manufacturability, and test requirements. By collaborating with design, product, and test engineering teams, the Senior Engineer supports successful tape-out, silicon bring-up, and qualification processes.

What you'll do

• Implements and integrates DFT features for HBM core and base dies.
• Contributes to DFT specifications and implementation guidelines.
• Translates manufacturing requirements into actionable DFT implementations.
• Supports alignment between specifications and verification coverage.
• Debugs and resolves DFT-related issues during build and bring-up.
