What you'll do

• Advise on cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, Qualified Opportunity Zones, depreciation, cost recovery, and related real estate tax matters
• research and interpret tax authority
• resolve escalated technical questions
• draft technical memoranda and guidance
• establish review standards and provide technical sign-off
• support clients during IRS or state examinations
• author technical content and deliver CPE training
• mentor teams
• monitor legislative and regulatory developments
• evaluate and develop service offerings.
