Remote Sales Manager

By coaching representatives, improving CRM practices, and translating sales strategy into daily execution, the role supports predictable pipeline and revenue performance.

What you'll do

• Run weekly pipeline reviews and address gaps
• enforce activity and follow-up standards
• coach representatives on account expansion and relationship building
• manage performance and underperformance
• improve CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution
• execute the VP of Sales’ strategy through daily rep behavior.
