Toddler Lead Teacher

The Toddler Lead Teacher role is onsite in Riverton, UT. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The teacher leads developmentally appropriate instruction and daily activities to support toddlers’ learning and growth. The role also maintains a safe, nurturing classroom, communicates with families, documents development, and collaborates with assistant and resource teachers.

What you'll do

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using the Wonder of Learning curriculum
• maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom
• communicate with families about children’s progress and daily activities
• supervise indoor and outdoor activities
• observe, assess, and document learning and development
• use positive guidance strategies
• support assistant and resource teachers
• participate in professional development.
